About Alligator Software: senior engineering for critical operations

Alligator was born from hands-on Microsoft Dynamics work and matured into senior engineering for critical operations in companies that rely on systems, integrations, data and automation to operate with clarity.

Our story

Before selling technology, we learned to respect the operation.

Alligator started by solving concrete problems for companies that needed to adapt systems, map processes, integrate areas and keep the operation moving after implementation. That practice shaped our senior engineering for critical operations, always close to real business flows: orders, billing, production, service, data, approvals and closing.

Over time, Microsoft Dynamics experience expanded into integration architecture, Azure automation, Dataverse, Power Platform, legacy modernization and enterprise applications. Technology changed, but the criterion stayed the same: understand the process before proposing the solution.

Today, Alligator works where companies need to turn complexity into a clear operational flow. We do not replace internal teams. We add senior engineering, technical reading, traceability and operational continuity to support changes that need to be well conducted.

Origin

Dynamics and processes

Projects grounded in process mapping, operational fit and continuity after go-live.

Maturity

Integration and automation

ERP, CRM, APIs, data, documents and external systems working as part of the same flow.

Next cycle

AI with context

Agents enter when data, rules, exceptions and supervision are already clear enough.

Mission and vision

Mission

Organize, integrate and evolve enterprise systems so companies operate with more predictability, technical clarity and responsibility over their critical flows.

Vision

To be recognized as a mission-critical engineering boutique for companies that depend on Dynamics, Azure, integrations, automation and applied operational intelligence.

Values

What must remain true in every project.

Technical responsibility

We take architectural decisions seriously and have the maturity to say no when a solution increases risk.

Clarity before solution

Diagnosis, consequence and context come before tooling, scope or promises of speed.

Close to the operation

The solution must work for the people who live the process, not only for those watching the presentation.

Operable architecture

Integrations, automations and systems must be traceable, maintainable and ready for real production.

Intelligence with limits

Agentic AI should operate with context, clear criteria, human supervision and auditability.

Partnership with IT

We strengthen internal leadership by reducing noise and creating a more defensible basis for decisions.

How we work

A disciplined way to turn understanding into delivery.

The approach adapts to the context, but responsibility for technical clarity remains from diagnosis to post-go-live.

01

Diagnose

Real flow, bottlenecks, risk and change window.

02

Architect

Solution, integration, cutover strategy and contingency.

03

Execute

Build, test and go-live with a senior team.

04

Stabilize

Monitor, adjust, support and prepare the next cycle.

Next step

Let us understand what your operation needs to organize now.

A good technical conversation should leave the scenario, priority and next move clearer.
